SOC 9 - Today we worked once again on our ancient civilization project. Some groups are nearing the finish. REMINDER THAT THERE IS ONE MORE CLASS (THURSDAY) TO WORK ON THIS PROJECT AND THEN THEY ARE DUE ON MONDAY, SEPT 20.
ELA 7 - After silent reading we went to the lab to finish up our Dear Terry letters. All final drafts were due today!!! Students also had some time to work on a character chart looking at the characters in 'Run'. REMINDER THAT CHAPTER 10 AND 11 READER RESPONSE QUESTIONS ARE DUE TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY).
CND 30 - We discussed models and the environment today. We looked at how models of our environment have changed over time.
SOC 10 - After looking at the maps that were due today, we discussed why the world's wealth is distributed and solutions that could deal with that problem. Finally, we started to do research on a country dealing with the factors of standard of living. More time will be given to work on these tomorrow.
