Happy Groundhog Day!!!
PAA 9 - We started our course today with the outline, in class participation rubric, materials list, and portfolio assignment. Students should take their materials list home and brings supplies as soon as possible. We started the portfolios today, and will have more time to work on them next class.
ELA 7 - We received new spelling words today, and worked on our comic analysis. They need to be handed in tomorrow. We also started our comic strip writing assignment today.
ELA 20 - We did some reader response today on two poems, and then looked at figures of speech. We will start poetry writing tomorrow.
SOC 10 - After comparing the Canadian Charter to our own in class Social 10 contract we did a survival simulation that allowed for students to work both individually and interdependence. We will follow on this assignment tomorrow.
