PAA 8 - Today was our first cooking class. We looked at the course outline and talked about safety.
HLTH 9 - After sharing information about teenagers with chronic illnesses, we started our response assignment. Students are to create either a poem, letter, or award in response to what they have read about the teen they read about. Next class will be used to work on this assignment.
ELA 7 - Today was a work period to do our comic strips. We will have some time tomorrow to work on these and they will be due on Monday. Also, spelling test is tomorrow!
ELA 20 - We started our childhood poetry writing today. After looking at figures of speech, and discussing ways to start our poetry writing, we worked on these. There will be more time to finish the poem tomorrow.
SOC 10 - After bringing our survival simulation to a close, we worked on doing a response to the activity. This response deals with independence vs interdependence. This will be due on Friday.
