PAA 8 - Class started with our unit one quiz on safety. After the test was finished we did a kitchen scavenger hunt locating all the kitchen tools we have in our PAA room.
HLTH 9 - In partners we created a goal statement that was measurable, specific, and possible. From there we worked on creating an action plan to achieve the goal statement. We won't actually follow these through but are creating them as a chance to practice making action plans.
ELA 7 - After silent reading we studied the 'noun'. Starting today, every day five we are going to do a mini lesson on different aspects of language. We worked on a couple worksheet that we will go through next day five. Some class time will be used to finish those up tomorrow if need be. Also, CHAPTER 2 & 3 READER RESPONSE QUESTIONS FOR 'RUN' ARE DUE TOMORROW (TUESDAY, 23)
CND 30 - We started looking at Louis Riel and the Rebellions he took part. We watched several video clips from the CBC Archives, and then started working on some questions. Students will have more time to work on these tomorrow.
SOC 10 - This was the last full class to work on our minority project. Class time was used well today, and a bit more class time will be used tomorrow to finish up this project.
