PAA 8 - We had time to work on our safety posters (most are done but if not they need to be done for next class - MONDAY, SEPT 22). We also had time to study for our safety unit test which will be on MONDAY, SEPT 22 also.
HLTH 9 - This class was used to finish up our newspaper article assignment on the determinants of health and ways to promote health. We also created visuals to help us remember the nine determinants and health promotion strategies. Finally, we started taking notes on goal statements.
ELA 7 - We read chapter one of 'Run' and did chapter questions.
CND 30 - We worked on English-French relationship questions. THESE ARE DUE TOMORROW, SEPT 19TH.
SOC 10 - We discussed our role play from the last two classes looking specifically at minorities and democracy. We started our next assignment which is to be done in partners. This assignment allows us to look at minorities in Canada and find ways in which they are given a 'voice' in our society.
