PAA9 - Sewing!!! This morning we started out the class with looking at the course outline. We also discussed the materials that are needed for sewing class:
* VARIOUS SIZED NEEDLES
* THREAD (BLACK AND WHITE)
* BOBBINS (PLASTIC)
* PINS
* WHITE MARKING PENCIL OR CHALK
* SCISSORS
* SEAM RIPPER
Students began the construction of their portfolios which are used to store all the work done throughout the semester.
SOC 9 - Began the personal timeline assignment. Spent the hour working on it and will get more time on Friday's class to finish. DUE TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 9.
ELA 7 - Worked on personal narrative writing assignment.
CND 30 - Looked at the dialectic process and a case study on a dialectic topic. Had some great discussions.
SOC 10 - Finished up interdependence vs. independence activity. Began response assignment. Will have some time to work on it. DUE FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 5.
